(Rallying Patriots) – Thanks to the COVID charade, Americans have been totally distracted from the immoral and perverse efforts of the radical left to groom and corrupt the next generation. The left is still very actively pushing the LGBT agenda, even if no one is paying attention now.
A report by The Washington Free Beacon has exposed a disturbing federal study that asks underage boys to report their sexual behavior on a mobile app in exchange for up to $275. As if that isn’t bad enough, neither those conducting the study or the app require parental consent.
Researchers at Columbia University with funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) have spent over $8 million in taxpayer money on a study that compensates gay and transgender minors as young as 13 to track their sexual behavior.
The tracking is done on an app called MyPEEPS and is happening without any permission from the parents of the minors.
As part of the so-called study, the app asks wildly inappropriate questions such as if the underage teens are engaging in “condomless anal sex.”
The app also uses “activities and games” as a means to educate users about HIV prevention and protective sex.
The research study is only open for 13 to 18-year old males who are “into other guys” according to a MyPEEPS tweet.

The NIH spent more than $300,000 in 2012 and 2013 developing the app and since 2016, the federal government has spent $7.9 million paying researchers to study the data collected on the app.
Just this year, researchers at Columbia University were awarded an additional $341,522 to add transgender teens to the study group, using the MyPEEPS app.
“MyPEEPS Mobile” markets itself as “a sexual health project for teen guys who are into guys,” on Twitter. It advertises the app as a way to “Learn about relationships, communication & ways to protect your health using an app.”
This study and the use of this app are wrong and immoral for a number of reasons and some experts are weighing in to state the obvious.
According to Dr. Monique Wubbenhorst, former deputy assistant administrator in the Bureau for Global Health at the US Agency for International Development (USAID), there are clear ethical concerns with study since it involves minors.
“There is an ethical balance between investigators’ desire to enroll children in a study and the need to support parents in caring for their children,” Wubbenhorst told the Free Beacon. “There are additional concerns that minor children in this study may be engaged in sexually exploitative relationships with older males, sex trafficking/child prostitution, violence, and sexual abuse, from which they should be protected.”
Researchers aren’t just neglecting to seek parental permission and involvement, they have to actively take steps to avoid it. According to the Free Beacon, researchers are required to apply for a waiver of parental permission through the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services which requires them to prove that children who participate in the study will be protected through an “appropriate mechanism.”
That means the parents of a 13-year-old boy in 8th grade could have absolutely no idea their son is having anal sex with other males and while also reporting it to federal government researchers.
Naturally, those involved with the MyPEEPS study want parents kept in the dark for the sake of their study. Dr. Rebecca Schnall, project leader of the study, told the Free Beacon parental involvement could limit the number of teens willing to participate since their parents would then have knowledge of their sexual activity.
If anyone should have knowledge of these teens’ sexual activity it should be their parents. This “study” is absolutely appalling and downright abhorrent.
