WaPo Shock Poll: Number Of Voters Saying Biden’s Election ‘Illegitimate’ Jumps 20%

(Rallying Patriots) – I think it’s safe to say America is experiencing a Great Awakening politically speaking. National polls released over the last several months have former President Donald Trump at the top of the pack in the GOP primary by a significant margin, while also showing more and more individuals jumping ship on Biden. Much of this is coming from the utter disaster his administration has been for the country. Just pay a visit to your local grocery store and you’ll see what I mean.

Along with that and questions about Biden’s obvious health decline, a brand new poll from The Washington Post has revealed that the number of voters who think Democrats stole the 2020 presidential election has increased by a whopping 20 percent. That’s a huge leap. With each and every new controversy that comes out against Biden, this percentage goes up. The corruption within the administration and the Biden family in general has led to eyes opening all over the political spectrum.

The Western Journal says, “Yes, The Washington Post is out with a new poll, and it isn’t good news — for the type of person who reads the Post, anyhow. You can probably guess by the headline, which sounds a clarion alarm to liberal Beltway lifers: ‘Republican loyalty to Trump, rioters climbs in 3 years after Jan. 6 attack.'”

“Three years after the Jan. 6 attack, Republicans are more sympathetic to those who stormed the U.S. Capitol and more likely to absolve Donald Trump of responsibility for the attack than they were in 2021, according to a Washington Post-University of Maryland poll,” the Post added on Tuesday.

“Yes, start clutching those pearls, WaPo addicts: Only 24 percent of Republicans and 17 percent of Trump voters think that the events of Jan. 6, 2021, constituted ‘an attack on democracy that should never be forgotten,’ according to the poll,” the report adds.

You can practically hear the liberals in the newsroom throwing epic tantrums and stomping their feet like toddlers. The lies are being exposed. People aren’t falling for it anymore. The Democratic Party has been completely and totally hijacked by progressive radicals and as such, they’ve lost any connection with the average American. Typically, many people are so wrapped up in their own lives — which is understandable of course — they don’t pay close attention to politics. That has changed. They are awake now.

“The Post, working with the University of Maryland’s Center for Democracy and Civic Engagement, asked the 1,024 adults it polled between Dec. 14 and 18 this question: ‘Regardless of whom you supported in the 2020 election, do you think Joe Biden’s election as president was legitimate, or was he not legitimately elected?'” the WJ states.

The poll numbers divulged that only 62 percent of folks polled last year believe Biden’s election to the Oval Office was legitimate. It was 69 percent in 2021. In that same year, 29 percent stated the 2020 election was not legitimate compared to 36 percent who said the same thing in 2023.

The 7 percentage point difference means close to 20 percent more of those who responded to the poll remarked that the election was a farce compared to the number in 2021.

So who does the Post blame for the increase? Right-wing conspiracy theorists, of course.

“Several voters interviewed by The Post cited what they said was evidence of voter fraud, in particular the long-debunked claim that Georgia election workers were caught on video putting fake ballots into tallies. The two women in that video recently won a $148 million judgment against former Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani for spreading those defamatory claims,” the Post’s article claims.

Really? All of the Democrats and Independents who have come around on this topic have done so because of Giuliani? The man does not have that much influence on the general public.

“It’s not just the bedrock principle that time heals all wounds. If that were the case in these results, there wouldn’t be an across-the-board decline in those who said Joe Biden was legitimately elected in the same poll that provided ample evidence of Democrat voters still waving the bloody shirt of Jan. 6 with Republicans less inclined to call it a threat to our democracy,” the piece explained. “Rather, if one wants to search for a reason to question the ‘legitimacy’ of Biden’s election, perhaps we shouldn’t start with claims of Georgia ballot-stuffing or Venezuelan backdoors into election software.”

With social media censoring the Hunter Biden story, the FBI clearly being weaponized against Trump and conservatives, not to mention attempts by the mainstream media to cover for President Biden’s influence peddling scheme connections, is it any wonder voters are questioning the so-called “official narrative?”

Oh and how about the video footage that emerged concerning the Jan. 6 debacle that clearly shows folks inside the Capitol building were anything but violent insurrectionists looking to overthrow the government? Most of them weren’t really even sure of what was going on around them. As The Western Journal put it, they were “chaos tourists.” Some of them were even guided through the building by local police, contrary to the official reports.

The American people are now well aware that liberals, activists and politicians, are not to be trusted and capable of great acts of corruption. This is why they are coming around to the idea of the 2020 election being stolen.
