(Rallying Patriots) – Both Joe Biden and Dr. Anthony Fauci, his little COVID pandemic prolonging minion, have sung the praises of a medication produced by pharmaceutical company Pfizer known as Paxlovid as an effective treatment for the coronavirus.
However, Fauci, who serves as the federal government’s top infectious disease official, stated on Tuesday that he actually suffered through a rebound of COVID symptoms after he took the medication, according to a report from the Daily Mail.
And it seems that data from Pfizer’s on trial of the medication has demonstrated that it might not be effective for individuals who have received a COVID vaccine. The director of the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases has been “double boosted,” which means that, in total, he’s received four doses of the vaccine. Or so he says anyway.
Back in May, the Centers for Disease Control put out a formal warning that a course of Paxlovid could end up producing a rebounding of COVID symptoms. Which sounds pretty awful.
“Fauci, who tested positive for COVID earlier this month, was speaking remotely at the Foreign Policy Global Health Forum,” WND’s report said.
“As is typical of the omicron variants of the SARS-CoV-2 virus that are currently prevalent, Fauci had mostly mild symptoms, including fatigue. But he said that when his symptoms became slightly worse, he began a five-day course of Paxlovid,” the report stated.
After taking the course of medication, Fauci said he tested negative for COVID three days in a row. However, when he took a test on the fourth day, it was positive.
During his State of the Union address in 2022, Biden really pumped up Paxlovid as an important weapon to battle against the COVID pandemic.
“If you get COVID-19, the Pfizer pill reduces your chances of ending up in the hospital by 90%,” he went on to say during the speech.
“I’ve ordered more pills than anyone in the world has. Pfizer is working overtime to get us a million pills this month and more than double that next month,” Biden continued.
Fauci stated at the conference where he revealed he had a rebound of the illness, “It is not the time to be at odds with each other, it’s a time to be pulling together against the common enemy, which is the virus.”
And, true to Fauci form, he then went on to make a call for an “aggressive” public vaccine campaign.
“If you locked down only for the sake of locking down, sooner or later the virus is going to enter or re-enter into your country,” he remarked. “The purpose should be to get a very aggressive vaccination campaign to all citizens.”
“One week ago, Fauci told a Senate panel that if it weren’t for the fact he was double boosted, he wouldn’t be doing as well after contracting COVID-19,” the report from WND stated.
“I’m still feeling really quite fine,” Fauci explained Thursday at the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee hearing.
“I think I’m an example, given my age, of what we’re all talking about today,” Fauci commented. “I’m vaccinated. I’m doubly boosted. And I believe if that were not the case, I very likely would not be talking to you looking as well as I look, I think, right now. So all is well with Fauci.”
When vaccines were first being launched, Fauci, along with many other health officials and pharmaceutical companies stated that the coronavirus vaccine was 100 percent efficacious in preventing symptomatic COVID infections.
However, over time, they lowered the effectiveness of the vaccine down to 20 percent after only six months of getting the jab.
“Moderna boasted its vaccine was 100% effective in teenagers. Pfizer said its vaccine was 100% effective in preventing COVID infections. In other statements, the shots were declared to provide 100% protection against severe disease, hospitalization and death,” WND reported.
So much for all of that, right?
If they couldn’t get their stories straight about how effective the vaccine is supposed to be, how do we know they are telling the truth about the effectiveness of Paxlovid?
We don’t.
