(Rallying Patriots) – Steve Bannon, host of the War Room podcast and former Trump strategist, invited Arizona House Rep. member Mark Finchem onto his show Saturday morning to discuss the ongoing audit in Arizona.
The two, also joined by Peter Navarro, gave reaction to the Attorney General Merrick Garland’s unconstitutional threat to criminally charge state officials and American patriots involved in the audit of the stolen 2020 presidential election.
The DOJ and FBI didn’t want to get involved in any kind of investigations pertaining to the fraud allegations but now they’re eager to bully, threaten and intimidate Americans who are getting the job done.
The 2020 election was stolen from the American people and the only way we’ll ever know the truth is by audits like the one happening in Arizona right now, and thankfully it seems as though Arizona is just the first in what could be a landslide of audits all across the country soon.
Bannon went off on Garland and even former AG Bill Barr.
“Barr is as corrupt as the rest of them. They never ever said that they want to get involved in finding out about voter fraud… The Justice Department took the exact opposite tact. And they’re trying to intimidate patriots… They’re not backing off Garland… Listen to Wendy Rogers, you come in here and try to put your hands on anything. You’re the ones who are going to have criminal penalties.”
Bannon’s message comes after Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers sternly rebuked Attorney General Garland on social media saying that he’ll be spending time in an Arizona prison should he or anyone else at the DOJ attempt to touch Arizona ballots or machines.
On Friday, during his announcement that the DOJ would investigate the Arizona audit, Garland claimed that Arizona was using “abnormal” methods to conduct the audit.
“Some jurisdictions, based on disinformation, have utilized abnormal post-election audit methodologies that may put the integrity of the voting process at risk and undermine public confidence in our democracy,” he asserted.
State Rep. Wendy Rogers responded to his claims and intimidation tactics, saying, “You will not touch Arizona ballots or machines unless you want to spend time in an Arizona prison,” adding “Maybe you should focus on stopping terrorism.”
You will not touch Arizona ballots or machines unless you want to spend time in an Arizona prison. Maybe you should focus on stopping terrorism. The Justice Department is one of the most corrupt institutions in the USA.https://t.co/Jl2pKNpfJR

Garland claims that the Arizona audit will face federal scrutiny “to ensure they abide by federal statutory requirements to protect election records and avoid the intimidation of voters.”
However, Mark Finchem raised a valid counterpoint while speaking to Steve Bannon. How can auditors intimidate voters who are dead or voters who don’t even live at an address from which their vote came from?
“It can’t be done,” Finchem said. He’s certainly right about that. The AG’s faux concerns are quite simply moot and a cover for their real motive, which is protecting the fraudulent Biden regime.
Garland also announced Friday that the DOJ would “publish guidance explaining the civil and criminal statutes that apply to post-election audits.”
Arizona Republican Party Chairwoman Kelli Ward responded to Garland’s abuse of power, saying, “Seems Merrick either wants to ignore or forgot all about the US Constitution.”

Of course, we all know Democrats don’t give a darn about the US Constitution or voter protections for that matter. All they care about is power and doing whatever it takes to protect it.
