(Rallying Patriots) – A new report from The Western Journal has revealed that a whopping 21 black staffers have left the White House since the later part of 2021, or are currently planning to leave.
The reason they bolted? Staffers have stated that the Biden administration has a poor workplace culture, according to a report published by Politico.
According to nine current and former black staffers from the White House, they are hamstrung by a work environment where they say they are excluded from being able to make decisions and are denied opportunities to advance.
Gee, guess all of that talk about crusading against racism is just talk for the plebs and not something the elites actually believe in.
“We’re here and we’re doing a lot of work but we’re not decision-makers and there’s no real path towards becoming decision-makers,” one anonymous official went on to say. “There is no real feedback and there’s no clear path to any kind of promotions.”
The officials who decided to speak out about the workplace culture and conditions of the White House went on to describe the situation as being full of elitism and cliques at the highest levels of administration staff.
“People have not had the best experiences and a lot of that has to do with the dearth of black leadership,” one black former White House official stated.
The movement of black staffers out of the administration has been referred to as “Blaxit” by insiders, according to a government personnel analyst.
“I have heard about an exodus of black staffers from the White House — ‘Blaxit’ — and I am concerned,” Spencer Overton, president of the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies said about the situation.
“Black voters accounted for 22 percent of President Biden’s voters in November 2020. It is essential that black staffers are not only recruited to serve in senior, mid-level and junior White House positions, but are also included in major policy and personnel decisions and have opportunities for advancement,” Overton continued.
“Black voters were a critical constituency for Biden’s 2020 campaign, injecting life into a struggling candidate after three lackluster showings at the start of the Democratic primary,” he added.
In a totally separate statement delivered to Politico, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre went on to praise the Biden administration’s promotion of black staffers, contrasting them with employees who Jean-Pierre said are “not diverse.”
“The president is incredibly proud to have built what continues to be the most diverse White House staff in history, and he is committed to continuing historic representation for Black staff and all communities,” Jean-Pierre went on to say.
“Jean-Pierre was questioned on the administration’s retention of black staff at the end of a Tuesday news conference,” the report from WJ said.

And it seems that black voters are starting to grow a bit disenchanted with Joe Biden, as their approval numbers have dropped to 69 percent, according to a poll that was conducted by CNN back in January and February.
Compare that to former President Barack Obama, who had an approval rating of 86 percent among black voters.

No one should be surprised at this lack of opportunity for blacks in the Biden admin. Most are just tokens hired for the color of their skin.
