(Rallying Patriots) – As if we needed more proof that the Biden regime is anti-American and pro-illegal immigration and crime. Despite the claims from the White House that Joe Biden is not soft on crime, his actions tell a different story.
According to reports, the Biden regime could potentially give nearly $200 million to a Soros-linked group that helps criminal illegal aliens evade punishment.
According to federal budget watchdog Open the Books, the Biden Department of Health and Human Services awarded a $164 million contract to left-wing advocacy organization Vera Institute of Justice to fund lawyers for illegal aliens and undocumented minors.
The award started as a $158 million contract in 2021 but this year HHS added another $6 million and some sources are claiming that the regime is planning to increase the contract to $198 million in the end.
This is just one of the many, many ways taxpayers fund illegal aliens when they criminally enter our country and slip into the shadows.
The left-wing Vera Institute receives funding from none other than anti-American, globalist billionaire George Soros who has given more than $10 million via his Open Society Foundation.
“The Vera Institute of Justice is a behemoth progressive nonprofit based out of New York City with well over a $140 million budget, which they use to fund a slate of progressive causes and initiatives across the country,” the Immigration Reform Law Institute’s Jason Hopkins told Fox News. “Whether that be criminal justice reform, bail reform and also immigration.”
This program does nothing except encourage more illegal immigration. Why wouldn’t migrants want to come to the US illegally when there is absolutely no consequence for doing so and on top of that, if they should face any kind of consequences, America’s very own government is funding lawyers to make those troubles go away.
Who could pass up on that deal?
As of now, the HHS cash is set to be distributed to five programs:
– “$9.4 million for EOIR, which refers to the Executive Office for Immigration Review
– $12.7 million for legal orientation program
– $4.7 million for family group legal orientation program
– $4.6 million for ‘immigration court help desk’
– $5.3 million for legal orientation for unaccompanied alien children custodians”
“The Vera Institute seeks to set up a parallel public defender system that they run with your tax dollars,” said Adam Andrzejewski, the CEO and founder of Open the Books.
“With hundreds of millions in taxpayer funding, they are seeking a legal subsidy for illegal entrants. This has troubling public policy implications. For example, Vera is a non-profit entity and is not government. Therefore, they are not subject to the Freedom of Information Act, so citizens don’t have a right to know and can’t follow the money.”
Yet further proof that the Biden regime is actively working to destroy the US by any means necessary in favor of radical progressivism.
It’s almost incomprehensible how much damage the Biden regime has managed to inflict on the US in the short time since they’ve usurped control. The 2022 midterms, if not rigged, have got to put a stop to this otherwise there will surely be no America left to save in 2024.
