(Rallying Patriots) – In case you were wondering how depraved California politicians really are, a state senator from the area recently suggested that “drag queen story time” be made a requirement in public schools.
What’s sickening is I could totally see the folks running the state of California jumping on board with that idea, you know, given how far they have managed to tap dance to the left over the years.
According to The Western Journal, Democratic state Sen. Scott Wiener, whose district covers the San Francisco area, posted his tweet making the suggestion after Texas state Rep. Bryan Slaton made the announcement that he would be introducing a new bill that would prohibit kids from attending drag shows, says a report from Fox News.
“This guy just gave me a bill idea: Offering Drag Queen 101 as part of the K-12 curriculum,” Wiener went on to tweet. “Attending Drag Queen Story Time will satisfy the requirement.”

Fox News then reported that Wiener’s office stated that the remarks were just a “joke.” Yeah. Sure they were. I don’t know about anyone else, but I’m not buying what the guy is selling.
Others did not see the humor in Wiener’s comment.

“Slaton said his bill was necessary after a video circulated online of a drag show in Dallas that was called ‘Drag the Kids to Pride’ and included children in the audience,” the WJ reported.

“The events of this past weekend were horrifying and show a disturbing trend in which perverted adults are obsessed with sexualizing young children,” Slaton went on to say in a news release.
“As a father of two young children, I would never take my children to a drag show and I know Speaker Dade Phelan and the rest of my Republican colleagues wouldn’t either,” Slaton continued.
“I promised my voters that I would stand up for their values and fight to protect Texas kids,” he added.
“I was re-elected on that promise and I intend to keep it by authoring legislation to defend kids from being subjected to drag shows and other inappropriate events. I look forward to working with my colleagues to pass this important legislation,” Slaton said, according to the Western Journal.

Wiener’s deplorable comment came right as San Francisco Mayor London Breed announced the creation of a “drag laureate” program on Thursday.
“San Francisco’s new Drag Laureate program will provide a drag performer with a platform and $35,000 stipend to participate and host community events, and serve as an ambassador for San Francisco to the LGBTQ, arts, nightlife, and entertainment communities,” the mayor’s office went on to say in a news release.
The $35,000 stipend was part of the proposed budget put forward by Mayor Breed.
What is the left-wing obsession with exposing children to sexual matters at young ages? And they wonder why folks think there’s some sort of sick and twisted pedophile cult involved in politics and entertainment?
Children don’t need to experience or learn about any sexual matters until they are of proper age. The only reason the left does this is to groom the kids into thinking engaging in this sort of sexual perversion is normal.
