First GA, Now AZ… How Many More States Illegally Certified Their 2020 Election Result Without Chain Of Custody Documents?

(Rallying Patriots) – While massive fraud certainly occurred in several states across the US during the 2020 presidential election, one of the other major issues is the complete disregard for the US Constitution and state election laws.

These laws meant to protect our elections were blatantly disregarded by state executives like secretaries of state, many of which are appointed rather than elected.

It’s become clear that many states have openly violated chain of custody laws and counted ballots that did not have the proper chain of custody documentation required.

These states not only counted these ballots but they went on to illegally certify their election results. This means that their state results are actually invalid.

The Gateway Pundit gives the legal definition of chain of custody, saying that, “the term “chain of custody” refers to the order in which items of evidence have been handled during the investigation of a case. Proving that an item has been properly handled through an unbroken chain of custody is required for it to be legally considered as evidence in court.”

As applied to US elections it obviously provides documentation that all ballots were handled properly, legally, and securely.

This documentation is required in many US states, if not all of them, and is meant to ensure that the ballots counted in the election results are properly administered and handled every step of the way.

The chain of custody laws are meant to protect Americans’ votes, not undermine them, and in the end, when all ballots have proper chain of custody paperwork there should be little to no doubt regarding the validity of the ballots.

It’s been public knowledge for months that Georgia’s corrupt Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger certified the state’s election results without having the proper chain of custody paperwork, required by law, for over 350,000 ballots.

He never should have certified the state’s results under this circumstance, yet he did anyway.

On Wednesday night, it was revealed that Arizona’s Maricopa County is refusing to provide those performing the audit of the county’s election results with the chain of custody documentation for any ballots in the county.

Maricopa makes up 60% of the vote in the state of Arizona. This is no small number of ballots and we’re talking about documentation for ballots that are required by law. Not only is this another attempt to obstruct the audit but it’s illegal.

If these documents aren’t provided, that would mean that Arizona’s Secretary of State Democrat Katie Hobbs also illegally certified the state’s election results, just like Raffensperger.

It should come as no surprise that Hobbs was financially backed by globalist billionaire George Soros in her efforts to become Secretary of State. She’s now running for governor.

It’s also no surprise that Hobbs refuses to take any questions regarding the election audit from anyone outside of left-wing establishment pundits.

The truth must come about the election in all the contested states. It’s likely Arizona and Georgia aren’t the only ones that were illegally certified without the proper chain of custody documentation for all ballots. It’s time to get to the bottom of it.
