(Rallying Patriots) – Kamala Harris’ staff are dropping like flies. Yet another staff member has announced their imminent departure. Harris’ chief of staff is leaving her post as it becomes apparent no one in America likes the so-called vice president.
Lorraine Voles, a Democratic communications expert, is coming in to replace Tina Flournoy, as reported by The Washington Post.
Flournoy is leaving for personal reasons according to an unidentified White House official. Politico reports, Voles was among those brought in last summer for the purpose of damage control, though it doesn’t appear as though their efforts have been effective.
A Harris statement about the change painted everything as rosy.
“Tina has been a valued advisor and confidant to me and tremendous leader for the office,” she said, according to the Post.
“From day 1, she led our team during a historic first year as we made progress rebuilding our economy here at home and our alliances around the world,” she said. “Tina is the consummate public servant and I will continue to rely on her advice, counsel and friendship.”
Amazing how Democrats just constantly lie, isn’t it. “Rebuilding our economy?” What an outright lie.
Voles served as communications director for Vice President Al Gore and was also an adviser to Hillary Clinton in 2008. It’s going to take an expert to turn around Harris’ image, that’s for sure.
Harris’ deputy chief of staff, Michael Fuchs, is also among those departing, according to The Washington Times.
Harris has been consistently losing staff since last summer. It started after her trip to Central America when her director of advance Karly Satkowiak and deputy director of advance Gabrielle DeFranceschi quit, according to the Daily Mail.
They were followed by Rajan Kaur, who was the director of digital strategies. He left in July.
The slow trickle soon turned into a mass exodus amid a series of reports that there were tensions between Harris’ office and Joe Biden’s. There was also a major drop in public support for Harris who was already awfully unpopular with Americans.
Former communications director Ashley Etienne resigned in November, followed by Symone Sanders, the chief spokeswoman for Harris.
In January, Vincent Evans, deputy director of public engagement and intergovernmental affairs for nearly a year, left for a staff role with the Congressional Black Caucus.
Kate Childs Graham, Harris’ chief speechwriter, left Harris’ office in February, according to Fox News, while National security adviser Nancy McEldowney left last month.
Harris has had abysmal approval ratings since the beginning and they’re only getting worse. Real Clear Politics average of polls over the past three months put her at only 39 percent of voters viewing her favorably while 51 percent view her unfavorably.
Merrill Matthews, resident scholar with the Institute for Policy Innovation in Dallas, wrote in an Op-Ed for The Hill, that Harris is failing to accomplish really anything except saying a whole lot of nothing with as many words as possible.
“Social media is having a field day compiling her word-salad speeches and making them available for everyone to snicker at. And that tendency will likely only get worse with the ‘passage of time,’ because ‘there is great significance to the passage of time,’ as Harris is fond of saying,” he wrote.
Here’s a small sampling:

Matthews asserts Harris “hasn’t fulfilled a VP’s first task of not embarrassing the president.”
“It is often said that a presidential candidate’s first major decision is choosing a vice presidential running mate. Biden’s first big decision was Kamala Harris, and it’s been pretty much downhill for them — and the country — ever since,” he wrote.
So very true. Kamala Harris is truly a national embarrassment.
