(Rallying Patriots) – Since usurping the White House, the Joe Biden regime has completely disregarded law and order in America especially where the southern border and immigration are concerned.
The fraudulent regime has been successful in their endeavor to open up the US to all foreign nationals of the world in an effort to forever change the voting demographics of the US. This agenda has moved along swiftly thanks to the disgrace of a homeland security secretary, Alejandro Mayorkas.
A court, however, has just given the regime a reality check and reminded them that law and order do, in fact, rule the US.
On Tuesday, a federal judge in Ohio, told the regime “no.”
According to CBS News, District Judge Michael Newman — appointed in 2020 by then-President Donald Trump — issued a nationwide injunction against enforcement of parts of a memo issued in September by Mayorkas that limited the cases where Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents should get involved to deport illegal aliens.
Newman’s ruling was in favor of the attorneys general from three Republican state, Arizona, Montana, and Ohio, who asserted that Mayorkas’ memo flouted federal law under the guise of supposedly making law enforcement more efficient.
Under President Trump’s administration, ICE agents were to pursue any illegal immigrant for possible deportation, including those arrested for misdemeanors such as drunk driving.
Under Trump, the very act of entering the country illegally was enough for illegal aliens to be treated as though they had broken the law because they had. It is a crime to enter the US illegally, after all. A little fact the Biden regime has conveniently chosen to completely ignore.
Mayorkas’ memo instructed ICE agents “to focus on arresting immigrants found to pose a threat to national security or public safety, as well as migrants who recently crossed a U.S. border illegally.”
The focus of the memo was all about how illegal aliens are just pursuing the American dream.
“In exercising our discretion, we are guided by the fact that the majority of undocumented noncitizens who could be subject to removal have been contributing members of our communities for years,” Mayorkas wrote.
“The fact that an individual is a removable noncitizen therefore should not alone be the basis of an enforcement action against them. We will use our discretion and focus our resources in a more targeted way. Justice and our country’s well-being require it.”
By “noncitizen” Mayorkas is referring to “illegal aliens,” of course, and his very own words direct ICE, a government agency, to essentially disregard the law. Apparently, it’s OK for illegal aliens to flood into the US as long as they’re intentions are innocent.
It’s OK to break the law if it’s for “good,” apparently. Don’t go try that out at home, though. You can be sure this stance on the law is only applied to “noncitizens.”
The Biden regime has shown absolutely in interest in applying the law to illegal aliens and even in the face of this current court ruling, we doubt very much that they’re going to start now.
Newman’s ruling appropriately recognized that the Biden regime, including and especially Mayorkas, were taking it upon themselves to determine which laws are worthy of being adhered to and applied.
Newman asserted that this was going too far.
The judge, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, wrote:
“The states sue because they believe DHS skirted Congress’s immigration enforcement mandates when it issued a policy that prioritizes certain high-risk noncitizens for apprehension and removal. DHS contends that seemingly mandatory statutes must be read flexibly to permit efficient law enforcement. At bottom, that is what this dispute is about: can the Executive displace clear congressional command in the name of resource allocation and enforcement goals? Here, the answer is no.”
He then quoted a line from a 1952 Supreme Court decision that should be carved over the Oval Office door as a reminder no matter which party is in the White House:
“In the framework of our Constitution, the President’s power to see that the laws are faithfully executed refutes the idea that he is to be a lawmaker.”
Democrats have become known for their disdain for the law, a trend that started with Barack Obama when he took office. As The Western Journal points out, “Obama’s and then-Attorney General Eric Holder’s refusal to defend the Defense of Marriage Act, for instance, or his own decision to create the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals policy for illegal immigration when he himself had said over and over he lacked the authority to do it.
It should come as no surprise that Biden’s first year in office has been much of the same. Actually, Biden’s time thus far has been far worse.
Responses to Judge Newman’s ruling on social media pointed out the obvious: the Biden regime must follow the law.
As Texas Republican Rep. Dan Crenshaw put it, “Enforce. The. Law.”

According to the Washington Examiner, Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen issued a statement calling Newman’s ruling “a great victory for the rule of law, border security, and public safety across the country.”
“President Biden’s open border policies make it easier for the Mexican cartels to smuggle drugs into our country, which is part of the reason we’re seeing such an increase in violent crime,” Knudsen’s statement said.
“I hope the Biden administration will follow the court order and start following the law when it comes to deportations, particularly for those illegal aliens who have prior criminal convictions.”
We highly doubt the Biden regime will suddenly decide to respect law and order in the US now. They’ve been pretty effective at being the most lawless regime in US history, after all.
No matter what kind of smoke and mirrors this regime throws out in the months leading up to the 2022 midterms, do not forget Democrats’ blatant disregard for the law and our way of life.

All of this is standard fare for Democrats. If they expended as much energy following the law as they do finding ways to skirt around our laws they would not be drawing the ire from the Right as much as they do. But finding short cuts and ways around doing something sets the entire country back each time they get in office. Something needs to be done and quickly. They seem more interested in tearing down anything that has had Conservative hands on it….irrespective of the needs of We The People. Sad it is like this.
