(Rallying Patriots) – The clock is ticking on the Democrats’ radical, anti-American agenda. Unless they already have a plan to fix the 2022 midterm elections, they will surely be swept out of office in an inevitable red tsunami.
The American people are not happy with what the Biden regime has been doing to America but Biden and his cohorts couldn’t care less. They just keep right on checking off the boxes on their progressive agenda.
With time running out, the Democrats have now proposed a plan that would essentially declare an “unconditional war on racism” and they plan to fund it with $70 billion. The plan would set up a “Cabinet-level ‘Department of Reconciliation.’”
Things are really starting to sound a whole lot more “Mao Zedong-esque.”
The National Pulse reported on this latest development and shared an image of the proposed resolution that already has the support of a couple dozen Democrats.
A summary of the proposal explains the plan is to declare “unconditional war on racism and invidious discrimination and providing for the establish of a Cabinet-level Department of Reconciliation charged with eliminating racism and invidious discrimination.”
The plan likens itself to President Lyndon Johnson’s “war on poverty” which has cost the American people trillions of dollars over the decades and has done virtually nothing to actually eliminate poverty.
Naturally, the plan looks to incorporate the concepts of Critical Race Theory which purports that America is inherently racist. Ironically, it is CRT that is actually racist. Leftists have been working for years to get CRT installed in public schools across the country and now they’re aiming for the federal government.
As you could predict, the key sponsors of the proposal are the extremists amongst the Democratic Party including Ilhan Omar, Maxine Waters, Rashida Tlaib and Bennie Thompson. These individuals most certainly do not represent the best interests of America.
The resolution has been assigned to the Committee on the Judiciary.
It claims: “Whereas racism and invidious discrimination—like poverty in 1964—remain pervasive in our country; Whereas history is replete with examples of victims of racism and invidious discrimination being denied life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness…”
The bill demands three actions from the U.S. House, including a statement that asserts “racism and invidious discrimination as evil and antithetical to the United States Constitution.”
One paragraph is nothing but straight CRT ideology: “Whereas systemic and institutionalized racism and invidious discrimination exist in virtually all areas of American life, including policing, criminal justice, housing, banking, voting, employment, education, the environment, and health care…”
It made reference to the destructive riots of 2020 that overtook cities all across the US and resulted in billions of dollars worth of damage, calling those events “protestations” and saying that is a “clear indication that it has become necessary for Congress to take decisive, immediate and long-term legislative action.”
It further demands that the “Reconciliation” agency be given no less than 10% of the Department of Defense budget, which is currently about $715 billion. The agency’s responsibilities would be to report to Congress.
This sounds awfully similar to the proposal of far-left activist and CRT advocate Ibram X. Kendi, who suggested the US needed a “Department of Anti-Racism.”
He said, “The DOA would be responsible for preclearing all local, state and federal public policies to ensure they won’t yield racial inequity, monitor those policies, investigate private racist policies when racial inequity surfaces, and monitor public officials for expressions of racist ideas. The DOA would be empowered with disciplinary tools to wield over and against policymakers and public officials who do not voluntarily change their racist policy and ideas.”
This is lunacy.
