(Rallying Patriots) – The Biden regime is working hard to ensure America collapses into a shadow of its former self. After eroding border security, destroying our energy independence along with thousands of good jobs, triggering record inflation, declaring illegal vaccine mandates and making the world a much less safe place, the Biden regime is only getting started.
The administration is now set to fund the distribution of crack pipes to drug addicts as part of its plan to advance “racial equity.”

The $30 million grant program, set to begin in May, will provide funds to nonprofits and local governments for the purpose of making drug use safer for drug addicts. How wonderful!
There are type 1 diabetics in the US who can’t get their insulin but the US federal government is spending millions to ensure crackheads can have “equitable” access to drug paraphernalia.
You just can’t make any of this make sense. It doesn’t. It isn’t supposed to.
Included in the grant, which is overseen by the Department of Health and Human Services, are funds for “smoking kits/supplies.”
An agency spokesman told the Washington Free Beacon that these kits will provide pipes for addicts to smoke crack cocaine, crystal meth, and “any illicit substance.”
How generous of Uncle Sam.
HHS is reportedly concerned about the health of drug addicts, who don’t even care about their own health, over the health and safety of law-abiding, tax-paying Americans who have health issues they have no control over.
Just let this sink in. People with type 1 diabetes, a condition that cannot be stopped, cured, or reversed, cannot get life-sustaining insulin and other medical supplies they need but the US federal government’s Department of Health and Human Services is doling out millions to provide pipes to crackheads in the name of “racial equity.”
There is something very, very wrong with this anti-American regime.
So the Biden Administration thinks it’s a great idea to give out crackpipes but definitely not Ivermectin or Hydroxychloroquine. Let that sink in!

HHS claims the kits aim to reduce the risk of infection while smoking drugs with glass pipes, which can apparently lead to infections through cuts and sores.
Applications for the grants will be prioritized based on whether or not they treat “underserved communities” including African Americans and “LGBTQ+ persons” in accordance with Biden’s executive order on “advancing racial equity.”
Anyone who thinks Biden and the radical left aren’t racists is a fool. This grant money is being used literally to get black Americans to do more drugs and keep them in poverty.
This kind of government action does nothing but put the rubber stamp of approval on illegal drug use and thus makes communities less safe. The trend can be seen in Democratic-run cities all across the US that have been engaged in the practice of providing “smoking kits.”
Not only do these cities, like San Francisco and Seattle, provide such kits but they also provide safe places that drug addicts can go and abuse drugs with supervision in case they should overdose.
Some cities, however, have banned these smoking kits as they’ve come to the obvious and inevitable conclusion that the kits only encourage and enable drug use.
In Louisville, KY, for example, smoking kits were allowed to be sold at convenience stores until the local government banned them while legislators in Maryland abandoned their plans to distribute kits after facing backlash from law enforcement and African-American leaders.
President of the Maryland Fraternal Order of Police, Sgt. Clyde Boatwright, said that government resources are better off being used to prevent drug abuse rather than enabling it by making it safer.
“If we look at more of a preventive campaign as opposed to an enabling campaign, I think it will offer an opportunity to have safer communities with fewer people who are dependable on these substances,” Boatwright told the Free Beacon.
The funding for the grants comes from the “harm reduction” program provided through the Democrats’ “American Rescue Plan” which passed the Senate along party lines after Kamala Harris cast the tie-breaking vote.
Other drug and medicinal items that qualify for government funding include syringes, vaccinations, disease screenings, condoms, and fentanyl strips.
Of course, it’s illegal to distribute or sell drug paraphernalia unless, of course, it’s the federal government giving it away.
